Classes Offered: Life Skills Classes and Practice Classes
Events Offered: Golf League
Life Skills Classes are classes where participants will learn about The First Tee Life Skills, 9 Core Values, 9 Healthy Habits as well as learn about the golf swing, golf course and golf course management. All lessons are taught on the golf course.
The First Tee uses golf to teach youth life lessons and leadership skills. Sessions include a fun, group setting for youth ages 7 to 18 regardless of background or previous experience. Teaming up with experts in positive youth development, The First Tee helps youth become good golfers and even better people.
The cost of all Life Skills Class: $50 per child (price for entire 7/8 week session)
Practice Classes are offered to participants who want to improve their golf game, learn more about golf techniques, and skills learned during the Life Skills Class.
Participants MUST be enrolled in the Life Skills Class to register for the Practice Class. If they are not registered and attending a LIFE SKILLS CLASS they will be removed from the practice class.
The cost of all Practice Classes: $16 per child (price for entire 7/8 Week session)
The First Tee Golf League
Participants may register to play in the golf league. The First Tee golf league will be held for 5 weeks. There will be instruction given at the beginning of the round other than that participants will go out and play. Participants must be able to keep up with the group ahead of them. Participants can play either 3 holes, 6 holes, or 9 Holes. Please do not register participants who are new to playing on the course for the 9 hole rounds. The golf league will only be offered this Fallon Monday Evening at Family Golf Center from 5:30 – 7:00 PM.
Participants MUST be registered for the Golf League by Monday August 14, 2017. There will be no walk up registrations.
Important Information for Returning Parents:
The First Tee of Greater St. Louis has a new registration process. All information was carried over except passwords. Parents you must reset your passwords before you can register your child for classes.
